As Operations Manager (COO-equivalent), you will be the organisational architect of the company, designing and driving the operational infrastructure that enables our cultural programs and advisory networks to thrive at a world\u2011class level. <\/p>\n<p>Working in close partnership with our cultural sector advisors and reporting directly to the Managment, you will translate vision into institutional reality: building processes, leading teams, managing resources, and ensuring the Company operates with the rigour, agility, and professionalism expected of a leading cultural entity. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<p> <b>Organisational Design &#038; Operations Leadership <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement end-to-end operational frameworks, policies, and procedures that enable the Company to function at international professional standards <\/li>\n<li>Establish governance structures, internal controls, and compliance mechanisms in alignment with international best practices for cultural institutions <\/li>\n<li>Build and lead cross-functional operational teams across HR, finance, marketing, administration, and program support <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain organisational risk management frameworks and business continuity plans <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>Strategic Planning &#038; Execution <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the cultural advisors to translate the Company&#8217;s strategic vision into clear, measurable operational plans <\/li>\n<li>Lead annual planning and budgeting cycles, establishing KPIs and performance monitoring systems <\/li>\n<li>Drive institutional development: defining the Company&#8217;s operational culture, values, and ways of working <\/li>\n<li>Prepare high-quality reports, and strategic briefs for the Management and Chairman <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>Cultural Program Support <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work in close collaboration with cultural sector advisors to ensure operational systems robustly support the delivery of cultural programs and initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate effective coordination between advisory panels, external partners, and internal teams <\/li>\n<li>Develop project management frameworks and workflows to support multi\u2011stakeholder cultural projects across different geographies <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>Financial Management <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the Company&#8217;s financial operations including budget development, forecasting, expenditure control, and financial reporting <\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with external auditors, legal counsel, and financial advisors <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>People &#038; Culture <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of the Company&#8217;s growing team <\/li>\n<li>Establish HR policies, performance management frameworks, and a culture of excellence, inclusion, and accountability <\/li>\n<li>Foster an organisational environment that supports creative professionals, advisors, and operational staff alike <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>Partnerships &#038; External Relations <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent the Company in operational and institutional matters with governments, international bodies, cultural organisations, and funding partners <\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage MoUs, partnership agreements, and operational contracts <\/li>\n<li>Support the Company&#8217;s international profile and network expansion <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<p><b>Essential <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, institutional management, or organisational development <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience building or significantly scaling an organisation ideally from an early or growth stage <\/li>\n<li>Deep familiarity with the cultural, arts, heritage, or creative sectors either through direct employment or sustained engagement as a senior partner\/advisor <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to design and implement complex operational systems across multiple functions simultaneously <\/li>\n<li>Track record of leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams with high levels of autonomy <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional written and spoken communication skills;
