The ideal candidate will have a strong background in promoting high-end luxury lifestyle brands hospitality and Supermarkets. <\/p>\n<p>In this leadership role the Head of Marketing will be responsible for <b>developing and executing comprehensive marketing and digital marketing strategies <\/b> that align with the organizations overall objectives and strengthen brand visibility across the market. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives effectively support product launches drive customer engagement and contribute to achieving business growth targets. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement comprehensive and digital marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition and market share. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor the marketing team fostering a culture of creativity and performance. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to identify trends consumer insights and opportunities for growth. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the execution of all marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media and traditional marketing. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts and ROI. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact. <\/li>\n<li>Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar position preferably within hospitality hotels restaurants or lifestyle brands. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and team management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in digital marketing including social media and content marketing. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field;
