Revenue <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the overall off\u2011plan sales strategy in alignment with company growth objectives <\/li>\n<li>Build and manage strong relationships with key developers and project partners <\/li>\n<li>Drive revenue through strategic deal structuring, pricing strategies, and pipeline management <\/li>\n<li>Analyse performance metrics and continuously optimise conversion and sales velocity <\/li>\n<li>Recruit, onboard, and develop a high\u2011performing off\u2011plan sales team <\/li>\n<li>Coach consultants on deal structuring, negotiation, and developer relations <\/li>\n<li>Implement KPIs, performance frameworks, and commission structures <\/li>\n<li>Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operational &#038;
