What This Role Is About <\/b> <\/h3>\n

Our client is looking for a Regional Business Development Manager, based in the UAE, to drive market growth and manage distributor partnerships across GCC markets. <\/p>\n

This role operates within a distributor-led model, where you will be responsible for building strong distributor relationships, developing annual business plans, and driving channel expansion across key markets. <\/p>\n

You will work closely with distributors to ensure strong sell-out performance, expand distribution, and execute effective trade strategies. <\/p>\n

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Marketing to achieve sales targets and deliver sustainable market growth. <\/p>\n

  • Strong experience managing distributors is essential, as the business operates on a distributor-led model. <\/li>\n
  • Experience across at least two GCC markets is required. <\/li>\n
  • Proven ability to build and execute annual business plans with distributors, including sell-out targets, trade spends, KPIs, and incentives. <\/li>\n
  • Strong experience in developing channel strategies and expanding distribution across Modern Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, and Away-from-Home channels. <\/li>\n
  • Ability to drive market performance through pricing, promotions, NPD launches, and strong in-store execution. <\/li>\n
  • Experience in tracking market performance, managing forecasts and stock levels, and achieving sales targets aligned with P&L commitments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
