The Chief of Staff (CoS) has a central role in the strategic and commercial development, operation and community building of Marsh\u2019s and Oliver Wyman\u2019s Defense &#038; Security (D&#038;S) task force. The role provides support to the Oliver Wyman Defense &#038; Security Leadership, in managing the day\u2011to\u2011day affairs of the task force and is a go\u2011to person for all colleagues for task\u2011force\u2011related topics. <\/p>\n<p>The role translates Marsh\u2019s and Oliver Wyman\u2019s Defense &#038; Security vision into clear strategic initiatives, performance metrics, and operational plans. The role is centered on Oliver Wyman\u2019s D&#038;S strategy roll\u2011out but also supports Oliver Wyman\u2019s leadership in steering the collaboration across Marsh businesses in rolling out Marsh\u2019s D&#038;S growth acceleration strategy. The CoS acts as a thought partner to leadership, orchestrates cross\u2011functional collaboration with Finance, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, Talent, IT, Knowledge, and Events, and ensures that commercial performance, investments, and people decisions are tightly aligned to the business\u2019s strategic goals. This is a high\u2011visibility, high\u2011impact role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking, rigorous analytical skills, strong stakeholder management, and a deep interest in defense, national security, and government\u2011related clients. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement the Marsh Defense and Security Strategy Initiative <\/li>\n<li>Stand up security clearance and security office functions in geographies for Marsh <\/li>\n<li>Refine Marsh six priority go\u2011to\u2011market propositions <\/li>\n<li>Manage monthly Marsh Defense SteerCos and governance <\/li>\n<li>Support the establishment of related risk &#038; compliance governance at Marsh level <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Global account planning <\/li>\n<li>Performance against plan tracking <\/li>\n<li>New global ventures <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Global &#038; regional pyramid forecasting (supply vs demand) <\/li>\n<li>Global &#038; regional recruitment coordination (external &#038; internal) <\/li>\n<li>Support to objective setting and professional development <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Global partnerships <\/li>\n<li>New methods\/tools <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Business development coordination: RFP and proposal planning, resourcing and submission ownership. Global proposition development \u2013 alongside Partners and Principals. <\/p>\n<p>Knowledge management: Global primer development \u2013 content and process; global credentials management (e.g. for future projects, proposals); onboarding of new D&#038;S\u2011affiliated consultants \u2013 primers, L&#038;D buddy, etc. <\/p>\n<p>Research: Support to project teams on high\u2011importance topics, coordinating with Knowledge Services. <\/p>\n<p>Thought Leadership: Publication drafting \u2013 content role, alongside Partners\/Principals; global campaign management \u2013 working with Marketing; events planning &#038; management \u2013 working with Marketing. <\/p>\n<h3>Experience Required <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of experience at a leading management consulting firm; experience with Defense &#038; Security or government clients is strongly preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Experience dealing with confidential and business\u2011critical issues. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills and Attributes <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
