Account Director to lead a portfolio of high-profile corporate and government-related accounts. <\/p>\n<p>This role would suit a strategic communications professional with strong experience across corporate PR, particularly within sectors such as government entities, investment authorities, economic development, tourism, infrastructure or large-scale national initiatives. <\/p>\n<p>The Senior Account Director will act as a senior advisor to clients, leading strategy, overseeing campaign delivery and managing senior stakeholders across complex communications programmes. <\/p>\n<h3>The Role <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the strategic direction for a portfolio of corporate and government-focused clients <\/li>\n<li>Provide senior communications counsel to C\u2011suite stakeholders and senior government representatives <\/li>\n<li>Develop integrated corporate communications strategies including media relations, thought leadership and reputation management <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the development and execution of campaigns supporting investment initiatives, economic development, tourism and national projects <\/li>\n<li>Manage senior client relationships and act as the main point of contact for strategic guidance <\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor Account Directors, Managers and Executives across multiple accounts <\/li>\n<li>Ensure high-quality delivery of communications programmes including media relations, executive profiling, announcements and issues management <\/li>\n<li>Support new business development, including strategic proposals and pitches <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with integrated teams across digital, creative and public affairs to deliver fully integrated campaigns <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience Required <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years experience within a PR or strategic communications agency environment <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience across corporate communications and reputation management <\/li>\n<li>Proven work with government entities, sovereign funds, investment bodies, tourism boards or major infrastructure projects <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the UAE media landscape and stakeholder environment <\/li>\n<li>Experience advising senior leadership teams and managing high\u2011profile communications programmes <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple complex accounts <\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial awareness
