You will play a key role in employee engagement, workforce planning, HR reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes \u2014 ensuring teams across Dubai Media feel supported, aligned, and empowered to succeed. <\/p>\n<h3>What you\u2019ll do <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build strong partnerships with business leaders and provide HR guidance on people-related matters. <\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation of HR programs including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Advise on employee relations matters and help resolve workplace concerns effectively and professionally. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making and workforce planning. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, processes, and employee experience initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, collaboration, and organizational culture. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are <b>proactive, people-oriented, and enjoy working closely with leaders to create a positive and high-performing workplace <\/b>, this role could be the perfect fit for you. <\/p>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Must be a UAE National <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
