This senior leadership role will be responsible for defining and executing the retail strategy, driving commercial performance, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience across all stores. <\/p>\n<p>The Retail Director will oversee the operational, commercial, and strategic performance of the retail network while leading high-performing teams and ensuring alignment with the company\u2019s brand vision and growth objectives. Excellence <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring stores consistently meet operational and service standards. <\/li>\n<li>Implement best practices for merchandising, product presentation, and store experience. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with operational procedures, brand standards, and company policies. <\/li>\n<li>Lead initiatives to enhance the in-store customer journey and strengthen brand loyalty. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038; Team Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and mentor a regional retail leadership team, including area managers and store managers. <\/li>\n<li>Build a high-performance retail culture focused on accountability, engagement, and results. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with HR and training teams to develop talent pipelines and succession plans within retail operations. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent performance management and development of retail staff across locations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operational &#038; Cross-Functional Collaboration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align retail initiatives with broader business strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns within retail stores. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure optimal inventory management and stock availability across the retail network. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Performance Management &#038; Reporting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish clear KPIs for store performance and ensure consistent monitoring and reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on retail performance data.  <\/li>\n<li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize retail operations and enhance profitability. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience &#038; Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>A minimum of <b>10\u201315 years of retail experience <\/b>, with at least <b>5 years in a senior leadership role <\/b> managing multi-store operations. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of delivering strong commercial results and driving retail growth. <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership experience managing large teams across multiple locations. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of retail operations, merchandising, customer experience, and performance management. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in <b>beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer retail <\/b> is highly preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English is required;
