The Role <\/h3>\n

This is a high-impact leadership role <\/b> with full ownership of sales, team building, and market expansion in Abu Dhabi. <\/p>\n

You will be responsible for driving revenue, scaling a team, and positioning Allegiance as a key player in the Abu Dhabi market. <\/p>\n

  • Lead and grow the Abu Dhabi sales division <\/b>, driving revenue and performance <\/li>\n
  • Build, manage, and scale a high-performing team of real estate advisors <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Establish strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance standards <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Oversee day-to-day operations <\/b> of the Abu Dhabi office <\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on commercial strategy and growth plans <\/b> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
