You will drive consistent brand positioning, reputation management, and patient engagement, supporting business growth through integrated, data-driven marketing strategies. The role includes overseeing digital, B2B, and patient-focused initiatives, managing cross-border teams and agencies, and aligning marketing activities with clinical, operational, HR, and finance objectives. You will also ensure compliance with regional healthcare regulations and deliver culturally sensitive communications. <\/p>\n<h3>Role &#038; Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<h3>Strategic Marketing Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute group-wide marketing and communications strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance metrics aligned with business goals. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Communications &#038; Reputation Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead internal and external communications, media relations, and crisis response. <\/li>\n<li>Protect and enhance brand reputation across all channels and facilities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Digital Marketing &#038; Patient Engagement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive digital strategy, including website, social media, SEO, content, and patient engagement platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor online reputation, patient feedback, and optimize engagement campaigns. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Market Intelligence &#038; Growth Support <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and patient insights. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to identify opportunities for patient acquisition, referral growth, and retention. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038; Competencies <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic Marketing: Patient acquisition, physician networks, B2B partnerships, post-acute, chronic and elderly care. <\/li>\n<li>UAE (DOH, DHA) and Saudi (MOH\/CCHI); cross-border campaigns. <\/li>\n<li>SEO, social media, CRM, automation, analytics, patient journey mapping. <\/li>\n<li>Market Intelligence: GCC trends, service expansion, new patient segments. <\/li>\n<li>Leading teams, managing agencies, aligning with clinical, ops, HR, finance. <\/li>\n<li>Managing budgets, ROI, acquisition, retention metrics. <\/li>\n<li>Compliance &#038; Cultural Sensitivity: Healthcare regulations, ethical communication, GCC norms. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Education &#038; Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related; Master\u2019s preferred. <\/li>\n<li>15+ years marketing, 5+ in leadership; healthcare\/multi-facility preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Certifications (CIM, Digital, PR\/Comms) advantageous. <\/li>\n<li>Arabic speaker with UAE experience;
