Commercialisation (TTO) <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced and strategic <b>Head of Technology Transfer &#038; Commercialization <\/b> to lead the development and management of a high-impact <b>Technology Transfer Office (TTO) <\/b> within a leading academic healthcare innovation ecosystem in the UAE. <\/p>\n<p>This senior leadership role will drive the <b>identification, protection, development, and commercialization of intellectual property and innovation outputs <\/b> arising from research, clinical practice, digital health initiatives, and health design activities. <\/p>\n<p>The role will play a key part in building a sustainable innovation pipeline and enabling real-world impact through <b>licensing, spin-outs, partnerships, and investment\u2011ready health technologies. <\/b> <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Strategic Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement institutional strategy for <b>intellectual property management, technology transfer, and commercialization <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Establish and scale a professional Technology Transfer Office supporting <b>biomedical, clinical, digital health, and health design innovations <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to financial planning and portfolio development to generate <b>sustainable commercial income and enterprise growth <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Develop governance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with <b>international best practices and UAE regulatory requirements <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Intellectual Property Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead identification, evaluation, and protection of intellectual property including <b>patents, software, algorithms, data assets, copyright, and design rights <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Implement structured <b>invention disclosure and innovation evaluation processes <\/b> across research and clinical departments. <\/li>\n<li>Manage the institutional <b>IP portfolio <\/b>, including oversight of patent attorneys and specialist advisors. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure robust IP strategies within <b>research collaborations and industry partnerships <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Commercialization &#038; Technology Transfer <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead negotiation and execution of <b>licensing agreements, option agreements, assignments, and digital solution deployment contracts <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee <b>spin\u2011out and startup formation <\/b>, including equity structuring and governance frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic guidance on <b>technology valuation, deal structuring, and commercialization strategy <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and secure <b>translational and proof\u2011of\u2011concept funding <\/b> to advance innovations toward market readiness. <\/li>\n<li>Build strategic relationships with <b>industry partners, healthcare organizations, investors, and regulatory bodies <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Enable commercialization pathways for <b>biomedical innovations, AI tools, digital health platforms, medical devices, and service design solutions <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the organization in <b>regional and international innovation ecosystems <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038;
