This role focuses on ensuring that flight control, landing gear, payload, and subsystem actuators meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, systems-level thinking, and cross-disciplinary coordination to support the development of reliable and mission-capable UAVs. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>System Architecture &#038; Requirements Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and manage system-level requirements and performance specifications for actuation systems (flight control, landing gear, payload deployment). <\/li>\n<li>Develop and ensure system safety analysis in parallel, maintain interface control documents (ICDs), requirement traceability matrices, and system architecture diagrams. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare related design evidence documents including DDP. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure Design Life\u2011Cycle management as per DO\u00a04754. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with control systems, avionics, airframe, and software teams to ensure optimal actuator integration. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure requirement definition, design processes, verification and integration for custom developed systems are in place (ADASI side and\/or supplier side). <\/li>\n<li>Prepare related design verification documents including system DDPs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Design Support &#038; Integration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the selection, integration, and configuration of electromechanical and\/or hydraulic actuators. <\/li>\n<li>Support the integration of actuating systems across the platform. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct trade\u2011off analyses for actuator sizing, type (rotary\/linear), redundancy, and failure\u2011management strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure actuation subsystem requirements are aligned with power, control, thermal, and mechanical constraints of the platform. <\/li>\n<li>Develop System Safety Assessments starting with FHA, FMEA and PSA, supporting the safety engineers in parallel. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Validation, Testing &#038; Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop Verification and Validation (V&#038;V) plans including simulation, laboratory, ground, and flight test activities. <\/li>\n<li>Support the execution and analysis of tests such as load tests, response time assessments, life\u2011cycle tests, and environmental qualification (DO\u2011160, MIL\u2011STD\u2011810). <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace and defense standards, including e.g. DO\u2011178C, DO\u2011254 (if applicable), SAE ARP\u00a04754, SAE ARP\u00a04761. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Problem Solving &#038; Engineering Support <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead root\u2011cause analysis and corrective action planning for actuator\u2011related issues across development and operational environments. <\/li>\n<li>Support FMEA, hazard analysis, and reliability assessments as part of the system safety process. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges in production and integration phases. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure maintenance planning for actuation system and components including obsolescence management. <\/li>\n<li>Support airworthiness and certification compliance process. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Documentation &#038; Cross\u2011functional Communication <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate and maintain technical documentation including system design descriptions, test reports, and compliance records. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in internal and external technical reviews, design reviews (PDR, CDR), and configuration audits. <\/li>\n<li>Support stakeholder communication by translating technical details into project\u2011level updates and presentations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<h3>Educational Background <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Systems Engineering (REQUIRED). <\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree in a related field or specialization in actuation systems, flight controls, or robotics (PREFERRED). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0646\u064a\u0629: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in aerospace or defense systems engineering, with at least 5 years working with actuation systems. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in UAVs, aircraft, missiles, or robotic systems with emphasis on actuator integration and control. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in standards e.g. SAE ARP\u00a04754, SAE ARP\u00a04761, DO\u2011254, MIL\u2011STD\u2011810. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in safety\u2011critical system design. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience with simulation, HIL testing, and flight test data analysis. <\/p>\n<h3>Technical Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of:\n<ul>\n<li>Electromechanical and electrohydraulic actuators. <\/li>\n<li>Servo control loops, feedback systems, and embedded control architecture. <\/li>\n<li>Redundant and fail\u2011operational actuation designs. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge and experience in system development life\u2011cycle management. <\/li>\n<li>Familiar with system safety and certification &#038; qualification process. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in environmental qualification and EMI&#038;EMC compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Capable of technical management\/monitoring on supplier design activities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with:\n<ul>\n<li>System modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB\/Simulink, Simscape, or Amesim). <\/li>\n<li>CAD software for layout and packaging (CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Soft Skills &#038;
