The Consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering fa\u00e7ade access solutions that meet international standards and industry best practices. This role requires ensuring high\u2011quality outputs within the fa\u00e7ade access team while supporting collaboration with other specialist disciplines. <\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be expected to stay abreast of the latest technical advancements in fa\u00e7ade access systems and apply this knowledge to deliver innovative, safe, and sustainable solutions. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver technical and advisory input on fa\u00e7ade access strategies with a whole\u2011building perspective. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Fa\u00e7ade Engineering team and other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Support the development of reglazing strategies and produce clear reports at key design stages. <\/li>\n<li>Undertake and review engineering calculations in line with relevant codes and standards. <\/li>\n<li>Execute CAD\/BIM tasks and produce accurate AutoCAD drawings. <\/li>\n<li>Research emerging fa\u00e7ade access systems and recommend innovative solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct factory and site inspections to assess quality and compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Provide regular updates to line management and embed Health &#038; Safety in all practices. <\/li>\n<li>Review peer work for quality control and contribute to continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Support business unit strategy, sustainability objectives, and client service enhancement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in engineering or related discipline (fa\u00e7ade\/structural\/mechanical preferred). <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in fa\u00e7ade access consultancy, including front\u2011end design and inspections. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of CDM and EN standards relevant to fa\u00e7ade access systems. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with BIM workflows. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills &#038;
