Our focus lies on delivering sophisticated trading and investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and institutional clients. <\/p>\n<p>To lead this expansion,\u202fwe are looking for an experienced Head of Sales \u2013 Trading who can drive growth, build a high-performing sales team, and strengthen our position in the regional market. <\/p>\n<h3>Your Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Developing and executing the sales strategy <\/b> for trading and investment products in the UAE and regional markets <\/li>\n<li><b>Building and leading a high-performing sales team <\/b>, including recruitment, training, and performance management <\/li>\n<li><b>Driving revenue growth <\/b> by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones <\/li>\n<li><b>Developing strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clients <\/b> <\/li>\n<li><b>Advising clients on trading opportunities and investment strategies <\/b> in line with their financial goals <\/li>\n<li><b>Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities <\/b> within the financial markets <\/li>\n<li><b>Ensuring high standards in client servicing, sales processes, and business development activities <\/b> <\/li>\n<li><b>Working closely with management, compliance, and operations teams <\/b> to ensure regulatory alignment and operational efficiency <\/li>\n<li><b>Representing the company at industry events, networking platforms, and strategic meetings <\/b> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Your Profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial services sales <\/b>, preferably within trading, brokerage, or wealth management. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in the <b>UAE\/GCC financial markets <\/b> is mandatory, with strong exposure to <b>Forex, Bonds and Equities products <\/b>.
