Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<h3>QHSE Strategy &#038; Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement the company-wide QHSE strategy and policies. <\/li>\n<li>Promote a strong safety culture and quality mindset across all projects and departments. <\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and direction to QHSE teams across all project sites. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Health &#038; Safety Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company HSE policies. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor safety performance and implement preventive and corrective actions. <\/li>\n<li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective measures. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Quality Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). <\/li>\n<li>Oversee quality inspections, testing, and audits. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Environmental Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with environmental laws and sustainability requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement Environmental Management Plans (EMP). <\/li>\n<li>Monitor environmental impacts related to:\n<ul>\n<li>Waste management <\/li>\n<li>Emissions <\/li>\n<li>Resource usage <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Regulatory &#038; Authority Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with government regulations and authority requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies regarding HSE matters. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>QHSE Audits &#038; Inspections <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct internal QHSE audits across projects and departments. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare projects for external audits and certifications. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Training &#038; Competency Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement QHSE training programs for staff and site workers. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper HSE inductions and competency certifications. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Incident Management &#038; Investigation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead investigations of Accidents, Near misses, Safety violations. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Documentation &#038; Reporting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain QHSE documentation including:\n<ul>\n<li>Policies <\/li>\n<li>Procedures <\/li>\n<li>Risk registers <\/li>\n<li>Audit reports <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly QHSE reports for senior management. <\/li>\n<li>Track and monitor QHSE KPIs across projects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Certification &#038; Management Systems <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and maintain company certifications such as:\n<ul>\n<li>ISO 9001 \u2013 Quality Management <\/li>\n<li>ISO 14001 \u2013 Environmental Management <\/li>\n<li>ISO 45001 \u2013 Occupational Health &#038; Safety <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with integrated management systems (IMS). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>AR-RAQ :As below <\/h3>\n<h3>Health &#038; Safety Management Systems <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of Occupational Health &#038; Safety systems. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop and implement HSE Management Plans for construction projects. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of:\n<ul>\n<li>Hazard Identification (HAZID) <\/li>\n<li>Risk Assessment (HIRA \/ JSA) <\/li>\n<li>Method Statement safety reviews <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in construction safety procedures. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Quality Management Systems (QMS) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA\/QC) systems. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to implement and monitor:\n<ul>\n<li>Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) <\/li>\n<li>Method Statements <\/li>\n<li>Material inspections <\/li>\n<li>Site quality audits <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of construction specifications and standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Environmental Management Systems <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of environmental impact assessment in construction projects. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop and implement:\n<ul>\n<li>Environmental Management Plans (EMP) <\/li>\n<li>Waste management procedures <\/li>\n<li>Pollution prevention measures <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of sustainability practices in construction. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>ISO Management Systems <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong expertise in Integrated Management Systems (IMS) including:\n<ul>\n<li>ISO 9001 \u2013 Quality Management <\/li>\n<li>ISO 14001 \u2013 Environmental Management <\/li>\n<li>ISO 45001 \u2013 Occupational Health &#038;
