They are looking for an outstanding Director to support their current portfolio and expansion. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide executive operational oversight of all Hotels and Leisure assets <\/li>\n<li>Ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and service standards are maintained across the portfolio <\/li>\n<li>Align day\u2011to\u2011day operations with the strategic asset direction set jointly with Asset Management <\/li>\n<li>Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, or structural issues impacting performance <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Financial Review &#038; Performance Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Review the financial performance of the portfolio, Leisure assets, in collaboration with Asset Management and the CFO <\/li>\n<li>Drive cost discipline while protecting service quality and brand integrity <\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment between operational execution and approved business plans and budgets <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Underperformance Identification &#038; Cross\u2011Functional Escalation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively flag underperformance, structural issues, or emerging risks requiring strategic intervention <\/li>\n<li>Engage Commercial, Operations, Finance, and HR functions to diagnose and address performance gaps <\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely implementation of turnaround plans where necessary <\/li>\n<li>Provide structured performance reporting to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Transformation &#038; Strategic Input <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify where transformation is required and provide structured recommendations to Asset Management <\/li>\n<li>Maintain executive oversight of transformation initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Work with Development Management to ensure transformation projects are operationally viable and commercially sound <\/li>\n<li>Ensure operational readiness and performance stabilization post\u2011implementation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Development &#038; Project Oversight (Operational Interface) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Development Management during repositioning, refurbishment, or enhancement projects <\/li>\n<li>Ensure CAPEX investments translate into measurable operational and financial improvements <\/li>\n<li>Validate that new initiatives are operationally executable and aligned with asset strategy <\/li>\n<li>Support pre\u2011opening or major repositioning efforts from an operational governance perspective <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038;
