In this role, you will guide the software team through the design and development of our current and future products. <\/p>\n<p>You are comfortable taking action in an environment where complete information is unavailable and can enable your team to deliver well-architected products that maintain high quality. Experience coordinating many moving parts to meet tight deadlines and having contingency plans ready when priorities shift is a must-have. <\/p>\n<p><b>We are seeking an engineering leader who has the following: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15+ years of experience building technical software products, with at least 5 of those years as a manager of an engineering teams of 40+. <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in B2C consumer platforms.
