operations, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain functions. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best talent fit. <\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans. <\/li>\n<li>Provide expert guidance on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate interview processes and provide regular updates on hiring progress. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively and maintain timely follow-ups with candidates. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics using the ATS. <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance hiring efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports on hiring progress, pipeline status, and market trends. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience within the region, with at least 2 years focused on logistics or supply chain roles. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of the logistics labor market and familiarity with operational and technical job profiles. <\/li>\n<li>Proven success in using various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Mandarin.
