Through our industry-leading businesses \u2013 Rhinestahl and HYDRO \u2013 we deliver capability across custom-designed Ground Support Equipment, OEM-licensed engine and airframe tooling, 26 global service centers, and innovative engineered solutions for OEMs, MROs, and Operators worldwide. <\/p>\n<h3>WE LOVE AVIATION <\/h3>\n<h3>Director Operations Middle East (m\/f\/d) <\/h3>\n<h3>YOUR TASKS <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop deep operational capabilities in the Middle East to support and grow the company\u2019s expertise in the region and globally. <\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership to the teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and delivery of commitments on time and on budget. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee and expand service business in the region through operational efficiencies, on-time delivery, and customer experience. <\/li>\n<li>Drive team performance and collaboration to strengthen relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and inspire team leads to create and execute strategic plans aligned with their respective functions and targets. <\/li>\n<li>Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to the leadership team. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement business improvements that enhance cost-efficiency and operational effectiveness. <\/li>\n<li>Clearly communicate the company\u2019s value propositions and ensure alignment with organizational processes. <\/li>\n<li>Proactively assess and address challenges, ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting operations or strategy. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and support change initiatives that foster innovation and continuous improvement across the organization. <\/li>\n<li>Promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and ongoing process enhancement. <\/li>\n<li>Align with the Director Sales on all customer-related topics and ensure stable load from the market. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>YOUR PROFILE <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Service Operations, Business, or a related field; Master\u2019s preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Strong background in operations management within manufacturing, ideally in the aviation industry. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams with strong leadership and mentoring skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of engineering and industrial production processes. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working in SMEs and matrix organizations. <\/li>\n<li>International business exposure with cultural awareness and adaptability. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in project management, productivity improvement, and strategic planning.  <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; confident at executive level. <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; thrives under pressure. <\/li>\n<li>High-level organizational and decision-making capabilities. <\/li>\n<li>Represents the company at events and maintains a strong public profile. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>YOUR CONTACT <\/h3>\n<p>Daniel Geiger <\/p>\n<p>Vice President Human Resources <\/p>\n<p>HYDRO Systems GmbH &#038; Co.
