Strategic Leadership: <\/b> Assist with the designing and execution of the global Account Management blueprint, helping to develop a service\u2011led model which drives both client satisfaction and revenue that includes quotas for expansion and retention. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n NRR Leadership: <\/b> Own and expand Net Revenue Retention (NRR) <\/b> for a high\u2011value portfolio of London\u2011based Tier\u20111 banks, utilizing a rigorous sales methodology to meet expansion targets. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Relationship Management: <\/b> Deliver a service\u2011led, relationship with allocated accounts, furthering deep partnerships with stakeholders at these institutions that lead to relationship and revenue expansion. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs): <\/b> Lead regular, onsite reviews to align Silent Eight\u2019s AI roadmap with the client\u2019s strategic initiatives and financial misconduct prevention goals. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Churn Mitigation: <\/b> Proactively identify “Revenue at Risk” and implement Revenue Save Plans <\/b> to protect the region\u2019s Gross Revenue Retention (GRR). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Feedback Loop: <\/b> Serve as the “voice of the customer” for the UK market, providing Product and Marketing teams with data\u2011driven insights on product performance and market receptivity. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Cross\u2011Functional Optimization: <\/b> Build a feedback loop with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the voice of the customer drives the product roadmap and develop the hand\u2011off process from Sales to AM to ensure a seamless transition. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Process Engineering: <\/b> Partner with the Integrations and Support teams to refine the “Onboarding\u2011to\u2011Production” journey, ensuring customers realize value quickly to secure long\u2011term loyalty. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Perform other related duties as assigned. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n At least 7+ years in global Account Management or Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales experience. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proven track record of owning and consistently expanding Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) for a global portfolio. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Extensive experience managing relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Institutions.
