This role offers a salary package of AED 12,000 \u2013 15,000 plus performance\u2011linked incentives. This is a hands\u2011on position requiring a leader who understands the complexities of last\u2011mile delivery fleet optimization and high\u2011frequency sales. You will take full ownership of operations ensuring end\u2011to\u2011end operational excellence, P&#038;L management and driving aggressive revenue growth. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Operations Leadership: Manage daily delivery operations, route planning and fleet utilisation to minimise costs. Oversee drivers, helpers and vehicle maintenance while ensuring compliance with hygiene and regulatory standards. <\/li>\n<li>Sales &#038; Revenue Growth: Drive B2B, B2C and bulk sales performance. Build and manage field sales and telesales teams to execute subscription plans and corporate deals. <\/li>\n<li>P&#038;L Ownership: Control operational costs and optimise margins. Forecast demand to align production with delivery capacity. <\/li>\n<li>Customer Retention: Reduce churn through effective delivery schedules and proactive service recovery.
