You will be expected to operate as a true heavy hitter, bringing experience, relationships, and a proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth fintech environments. international sales teams across EMEA, APAC, and Americas <\/li>\n<li>Build structure, processes, and operating cadence across the commercial function <\/li>\n<li>Drive aggressive revenue growth aligned to company expansion targets <\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute global go-to-market strategy  <\/li>\n<li>Lead enterprise and platform sales targeting fintechs, marketplaces, and global merchants <\/li>\n<li>Embed data, automation, and AI into sales processes and performance tracking <\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership on expansion strategy <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain senior relationships with key clients and partners globally <\/li>\n<li>Hire, coach, and develop a world-class sales organisation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We\u2019re Looking For <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a <b>Global Head, Regional Head, or equivalent senior commercial leader <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Track record scaling revenue and teams in a <b>high-growth fintech or payments environment <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Experience within <b>cross-border payments, FX, or financial infrastructure <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Strong background in <b>institutional sales <\/b>, with exposure to enterprise and platform clients <\/li>\n<li>Experience in challenger or scaling fintech environments <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to build and implement scalable sales processes and structures <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <b>data-led sales, automation, and AI-driven sales optimisation <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Existing network and relationships within fintech, payments, and enterprise
