Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute the company\u2019s financial strategy in line with UAE regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across fiat and crypto operations. <\/li>\n<li>Support strategic decision\u2011making, partnerships, and investor relations. <\/li>\n<li>Build and lead the finance team, establishing a culture of accountability and transparency. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Financial Operations &#038; Reporting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build scalable financial infrastructure and processes from the ground up. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee accounting operations across fiat and digital assets. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with IFRS and UAE requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain reconciliation between on\u2011chain and off\u2011chain transactions. <\/li>\n<li>Establish internal controls, reporting standards, and financial governance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Regulatory &#038; Compliance Oversight <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the main financial point of contact with the SCA and other regulators. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and financial regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Support audits, regulatory reviews, and reporting obligations. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Compliance on AML\/CFT and financial controls. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risk &#038; Capital Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop frameworks for capital management, reserves, and financial stability. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor exposure to market, liquidity, and operational risks. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper segregation of client and company funds. <\/li>\n<li>Address risks related to crypto assets, including volatility and custody. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We Are Looking For <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in finance (banking, fintech, or crypto). <\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years in a regulated financial institution or licensed environment. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and SCA requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Professional certification: CPA, ACCA, CFA (or equivalent). <\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of crypto markets, blockchain, and digital asset accounting. <\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership experience and ability to build teams from scratch. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Fluent English (Arabic is a plus). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nice to Have <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working directly with SCA. <\/li>\n<li>Background in crypto exchanges or digital asset platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with treasury and custody solutions (e.g., Fireblocks, Copper). <\/li>\n<li>Involvement in licensing or regulatory approval processes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Location &#038;
