supporting a client to implement pre-defined organization and salary structures within a government environment. <\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will work closely with a senior consulting lead to refine deliverables from earlier phases, support implementation, and drive change management and communication activities to ensure effective adoption. <\/p>\n<p>The initial scope is for 6 months and this can be extended based on project needs. <\/p>\n<h3>Key responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the implementation of approved organization and salary structures <\/li>\n<li>Refine and adapt existing deliverables to align with client needs <\/li>\n<li>Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth execution <\/li>\n<li>Support organizational transition and structure rollout activities <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to change management and communication planning and delivery <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate implementation efforts across multiple business units <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ideal profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in Organization Design, with implementation experience. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in implementing organization structures or supporting operating model transitions <\/li>\n<li>Experience in change management and communications <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with government entities in the UAE <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to salary structure design and implementation is advantageous <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred background <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Consulting or advisory experience <\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
