Yellow Door Energy\u2019s shareholders include Actis, Mitsui &#038; Co, TAEF and International Finance Corporation (IFC). <\/p>\n<h3>KRA 1: Financial Planning and Budgeting <\/h3>\n<p><b>Objective: <\/b> Deliver an integrated annual budget and rolling forecasts aligned to strategic priorities and operational plans. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the end\u2011to\u2011end annual budgeting process, coordinating inputs from business units and ensuring timelines, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, re\u2011forecasting cycles, and variance analysis to provide timely insight into performance and emerging risks\/opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Design and implement budgeting templates, driver\u2011based models, and standard operating procedures to increase efficiency and consistency. <\/li>\n<li>Own capital expenditure (capex) budgeting, prioritisation and approval workflows, and support business cases with robust financial analysis and ROI assessment. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Commercial and Project teams to translate operational plans into financial forecasts and cash\u2011flow projections. <\/li>\n<li>Develop scenario analysis to support strategic decision\u2011making and investment planning. <\/li>\n<li>Champion adoption of planning tools and automation to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy of deliverables. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>KRA 2: Management Reporting, Consolidation and Analysis <\/h3>\n<p><b>Objective: <\/b> Provide insightful management reporting that highlights performance, trends, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, while ensuring accurate Group consolidation and audit readiness. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the preparation of Group consolidated financial statements under IFRS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. <\/li>\n<li>Own monthly management reporting, including preparation of consolidated P&#038;L, balance sheet and cash\u2011flow commentary for the Executive team and Board. <\/li>\n<li>Support preparation of Board and investor reporting, ensuring consistency and clarity of financial information. <\/li>\n<li>Drive monthly variance analysis that identifies root causes and informs corrective actions or strategic decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Develop KPI dashboards and scenario analyses to support commercial negotiations, pricing decisions and project evaluations. <\/li>\n<li>Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner, translating financial data into business insight. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency and accuracy of management information through robust controls, reconciliations and audit readiness, including alignment between FP&#038;A outputs and accounting systems. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with external auditors and support the Group audit process, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>KRA 3: Financial Governance and Process Improvement <\/h3>\n<p><b>Objective: <\/b> Strengthen financial controls, governance and continuously improve FP&#038;A processes and team capability. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and maintain FP&#038;A policies, procedures and internal controls to support accurate reporting and compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning, forecasting and reporting processes, including automation and systems enhancements. <\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with external auditors and support audit, regulatory and compliance requirements as they relate to financial planning and reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Build, mentor and develop a high\u2011performing FP&#038;A team; set objectives, provide coaching and ensure appropriate succession planning. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with IT and Finance Systems teams on deployment and optimisation of planning and reporting tools (ERP, EPM, BI platforms), including supporting ERP (NetSuite) planning activities such as budget uploads and data integrity checks. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Accounting and Corporate Finance teams to support financing\u2011related analysis, including covenants and ad\u2011hoc financial requirements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<p><b>Essential: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 8+ years\u2019 experience in FP&#038;A, corporate finance or management reporting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience preparing budgets, forecasts, management reporting and cash\u2011flow modelling in a multi\u2011entity or project\u2011based environment. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with Group consolidation, IFRS reporting and audit processes. <\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial acumen, advanced Excel modelling skills and experience with ERP\/EPM\/BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Anaplan, Power\u00a0BI). <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to present to senior leadership and Board\u2011level audiences. <\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail, strong analytical capability and a pragmatic, solutions\u2011focused mindset. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in energy, infrastructure or utilities sectors and familiarity with project finance \/ investment appraisal. <\/li>\n<li>Experience implementing planning tools or process transformation projects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>  Why Join Us? <\/h3>\n<p>Join a purpose\u2011driven organisation committed to sustainable growth and operational excellence.
