About the job <\/h3>\n

The Product Manager will be responsible for the overall product leadership of Hadron, including product vision, roadmap definition, and delivery execution. <\/p>\n

The role serves as the single point of accountability for the platform’s evolution and sits at the intersection of institutional client needs, engineering delivery, and regulatory\/compliance requirements. <\/p>\n

Unlike a traditional Product Manager role, this position requires clear decision-making authority to: <\/p>\n

  • Set and enforce roadmap priorities, including pushing back on non-essential requests <\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with external engineering partners and maintain scope discipline <\/li>\n
  • Resolve conflicts between client requests, technical feasibility, and compliance constraints <\/li>\n
  • Make go\/no-go decisions on integrations, product features, and releases <\/li>\n
  • Ensure product development aligns with the long-term architecture and scalability of the Hadron platform <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Hadron serves institutional clients globally with diverse and often conflicting tokenization requirements, including different asset classes, blockchain networks, compliance frameworks, and distribution models. <\/p>\n

    The Product Manager must manage this complexity by maintaining a clear product strategy, prioritizing ruthlessly, and preventing scope creep. The role requires strong ownership and the ability to make difficult prioritization decisions in a fast-moving institutional environment. <\/p>\n

    The Product O works in close partnership with the HeadofExpansion & Product Advisor for Hadronto ensure strong alignment between institutional client demand, market opportunities, and the Hadron product roadmap. <\/p>\n

    Head of Expansion & Product Advisor provides continuous market feedback based on institutional client engagements and strategic partnerships, ensuring that product development reflects real market demand. <\/p>\n

    The Product Manager is responsible for translating these inputs into product priorities, roadmap decisions, and engineering execution. <\/p>\n

    Major roadmap initiatives, client-driven feature requests, and new integrations are expected to be aligned between the Product Manager and the Head of Expansion & Product Advisor before implementation. <\/p>\n

    • Define and maintain the Hadron product roadmap <\/b> <\/li>\n
    • Prioritize product initiatives based on market demand, technical feasibility, and business impact <\/li>\n
    • Maintain a clear product vision for Hadron across multiple asset classes and blockchain networks <\/li>\n
    • Ensure long-term platform scalability and product coherence <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Product Development & Delivery <\/h3>\n

      • Translate business and market needs into clear product requirements <\/b> <\/li>\n
      • Maintain the product backlog and development priorities <\/b> <\/li>\n
      • Coordinate development cycles and feature releases <\/li>\n

        Engineering Coordination <\/h3>\n

        • Coordinate development work with internal engineers and external technology partners <\/li>\n

          • Collect and structure feedback from institutional clients and internal teams <\/li>\n
          • Identify recurring integration challenges and translate them into product improvements <\/li>\n

            • 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership <\/b> <\/li>\n
            • Experience working with financial infrastructure, fintech platforms, or digital assets <\/b> <\/li>\n
            • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and tokenization <\/b> <\/li>\n
            • Experience coordinating engineering teams and managing product roadmaps <\/li>\n
            • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical deliverables <\/li>\n
