Adoption"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3422042<\/p>\n<p><p>MBZUAI is seeking a Head of Technical Assistance (TA) &#038; Adoption for ensuring that the Institute\u2019s research outputs, AI models, and digital public goods are translated into real-world adoption and sustained impact. <\/p>\n<p>The role leads the design and delivery of technical assistance to governments, innovators, and implementation partners, supports country-level pilots, and enables the scaling of AI-enabled agricultural advisory systems aligned with national priorities and farming needs. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Strategy and Planning <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and lead the Institute\u2019s Technical Assistance and Adoption strategy, ensuring alignment with IAAI\u2019s mission, research agenda, and partner needs. <\/li>\n<li>Translate research outputs and AI innovations into structured adoption pathways and scalable implementation models. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to institutional planning by identifying readiness gaps, operational risks, and opportunities for scale and sustainability. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Country Engagement and Technical Assistance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead country-level technical assistance engagements, including pilot design, deployment planning, and operational support. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Ministries of Agriculture, extension systems, and delivery partners to integrate AI-enabled advisory tools into existing institutional workflows and national programs. <\/li>\n<li>Support partners in adapting solutions to local contexts, regulatory environments, and farmer needs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Adoption and Scaling <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and oversee adoption and scale-up frameworks that guide partners from pilot implementation to national or regional deployment. <\/li>\n<li>Lead institutional capacity-building efforts, including the development of adoption toolkits, onboarding materials, and implementation of playbooks. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure sustained uptake and effective use of IAAI solutions through structured support and continuous engagement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cross-Functional Coordination <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary interface between research, safety, monitoring and evaluation, and deployment teams. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that field-level learning informs research priorities, model refinement, and deployment strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Align technical outputs with real-world implementation constraints and policy environments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operational Delivery <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the delivery of technical assistance activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with agreed objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare progress reports, adoption of insights, and risk assessments for Institute leadership and external stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor implementation performance and recommend corrective actions where required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Academic Qualifications Required <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in development studies, public policy, engineering, data science, or related field. <\/li>\n<li>PhD or equivalent applied experience will be preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Professional Experience Required <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in technical assistance, program implementation, or adoption-focused roles within agriculture, digital development, or innovation ecosystems. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience working with governments and public-sector institutions, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of translating research outputs or advanced technologies into real-world adoption at scale. <\/li>\n<li>Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex, multi-country initiatives <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting AI-enabled or digital public good deployments in agriculture or related sectors. <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to policy engagement, institutional reform, or national advisory system strengthening. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working within international research or development organizations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-03-26 08:18:41<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1348],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-90826","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-it-technology","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1348":"IT &amp;
