Candidates without direct, hands\u2011on experience of DFSA, the FIU, and goAML will not be considered. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current or recent MLRO, or senior AML lead, within a UAE\u2011licensed payments FinTech or financial institution <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience building or materially scaling an AML\/CFT framework from an early stage \u2014 not managing an inherited, mature function <\/li>\n<li>Sound financial crime judgement: STR decisions, customer exits, product risk assessment, and regulatory examination management <\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of payment\u2011specific typologies \u2014 high\u2011velocity flows, cross\u2011border exposure, TCSP and free zone risk, UAE sectoral vulnerabilities <\/li>\n<li>Able to operate effectively in a lean, fast\u2011moving environment without reliance on established infrastructure <\/li>\n<li>ACAMS certified or equivalent preferred <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About Halian Group and EEO Commitment <\/h3>\n<p>At Halian, we recognize that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are essential to building high\u2011performing teams for our clients.
