We seek individuals passionate about aviation who can uphold our high standards of customer service and operational excellence. <\/p>\n<h3>In This Role, You Will <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the operational objectives and workforce needs of assigned departments, including Emiratization positions, and translate these into cost\u2011effective attraction initiatives and a planned recruitment strategy. <\/li>\n<li>Promote Emirates Group as the employer of choice, collaborating with the Corporate Communication &#038; Brand team to recommend tactical marketing strategies and use multiple channels to attract candidates. <\/li>\n<li>Provide data\u2011driven insights to management (e.g., offers declined, salary comparisons, challenge highlights) and recommend solutions to improve attraction. <\/li>\n<li>Agree with hiring managers on the most appropriate recruitment approach and use diverse channels (IVN, job boards, career portals, LinkedIn, etc.) to advertise vacancies, including Emiratization earmarked positions, writing effective digital adverts. <\/li>\n<li>Design, with support from the Business Psychologist team, recruitment and selection methodologies (e.g., in\u2011tray exercise, assessment centre, digital assessment) to identify talent against technical and behavioural competencies and cultural fit. Guide hiring managers on interpreting behavioural evidence and influence selection decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Source and shortlist candidates\u2014both expatriates and UAE nationals\u2014utilising available databases and technology (LinkedIn, ATS systems, local &#038; global schools\/universities, etc.). Actively promote the Emiratisation agenda by sourcing potential UAE nationals and maintaining a professional candidate experience. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders, HR departments, executive search firms, and agencies for volume roles, ensuring the Emirates brand image and high standards of candidate service. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, either in\u2011house or agency. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with various selection processes, including digital assessments, video and in\u2011person interviewing, and presentation topics. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework. <\/li>\n<li>UAE Passport holder. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>You\u2019ll Have An Edge If You Have <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in high\u2011volume recruitment for a large, complex organisation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Benefits <\/h3>\n<p>Work in Dubai with an attractive tax\u2011free salary, exclusive travel benefits, and discounts on flights and hotels worldwide.
