The platform leverages data and intelligent matching to help founders identify the right investors, secure warm introductions, and manage their fundraising process end\u2011to\u2011end. By combining AI\u2011driven recommendations with workflow tools, the company aims to make fundraising faster, more efficient, and significantly more predictable. They are product\u2011driven, fast\u2011moving, and focused on building a scalable, high\u2011impact platform from the ground up. <\/p>\n<h3>About The Role <\/h3>\n<p>We are looking for a <b>hands\u2011on CTO \/ Founding Engineer <\/b> to lead the technical vision and execution of the platform. This is not a managerial\u2011only position\u202f\u2014\u202fit is a deeply technical, builder role. You will be directly responsible for designing, developing, and scaling the core product, including AI\u2011driven matching systems, user workflows, and the underlying data platform. You will work closely with the founders and play a critical role in shaping both the <b>technology roadmap <\/b> and the <b>product itself <\/b>. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the end\u2011to\u2011end architecture and technical strategy of the platform <\/li>\n<li>Build and ship core product features across the full stack <\/li>\n<li>Design and implement AI\u2011powered matching and recommendation systems <\/li>\n<li>Develop user\u2011facing features for startups, investors, and partners <\/li>\n<li>Define and optimize scoring, ranking, and data models <\/li>\n<li>Maintain and improve the existing product and infrastructure <\/li>\n<li>Lead cloud infrastructure and DevOps (AWS), including deployments, scaling, and reliability <\/li>\n<li>Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the system <\/li>\n<li>Make key decisions on tech stack, tooling, and system design <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with founders on product direction and roadmap <\/li>\n<li>Gradually build and mentor the engineering team as the company scales <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Experience &#038; Profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3\u20135+ years of experience in software engineering (startup experience strongly preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as:\n<ul>\n<li>A CTO, Founding Engineer, or <\/li>\n<li>A senior full\u2011stack \/ AI engineer in a scaling startup <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Strong full\u2011stack development skills (frontend\u202f+\u202fbackend) <\/li>\n<li>Solid experience building and integrating AI\/ML\u2011powered features <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and DevOps practices <\/li>\n<li>Ability to build, ship, and maintain production systems independently  <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of scalable system design and architecture <\/li>\n<li>Experience or interest in recommendation systems, matching algorithms, or data\u2011driven products <\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast\u2011paced, ambiguous startup environment <\/li>\n<li>High ownership, autonomy, and product mindset <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nice to Have <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience building marketplaces or two\u2011sided platforms <\/li>\n<li>Background in fintech, fundraising, or startup ecosystems <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with recommendation systems or ranking algorithms <\/li>\n<li>Experience with data pipelines and analytics\u2011driven products <\/li>\n<li>Previous experience scaling a product from early\u2011stage to growth <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What we offer <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Founding\u2011level role with high impact on company direction <\/li>\n<li>Full ownership of the technical vision and product architecture <\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to build an AI\u2011powered fundraising platform from scratch <\/li>\n<li>Highly autonomous, fast\u2011moving environment <\/li>\n<li>Fully remote setup (EMEA) with flexible work style <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pragmatike is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants without discrimination.
