Advanced Analytics &#038; AI (Emiratised Role)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3426013<\/p>\n<p><h3>Job Summary <\/h3>\n<p>For the position of Governance Strategist at our prominent bank FAB we are looking for someone with a solid background in data science techniques and governing projects end-to-end. <\/p>\n<p>To support the strategic objectives of the bank you will inspire and manage the creation of analytical solutions to enable data-driven decision-making on visually appealing and insightful reporting platforms. <\/p>\n<p>You will also create a strategic governance framework to optimize the success of projects and mitigate liabilities. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<h3>Governance Strategy <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and enhance the project governance framework to comply with FAB &#038; CBUAE regulatory requirements, optimize operational efficiency and optimize project success in terms of ROI KPIs, risk mitigation and stakeholder satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Enforce the implementation of this governance framework. <\/li>\n<li>Integrate data and\/or projects whenever applicable to further optimize operational efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Manage a line of defense team consisting of a QA\/QC Lead, a Compliance &#038; Risk Specialist and a Business Analyst ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of responsibilities. <\/li>\n<li>Set goals for members of your team and evaluate their performance on a regular basis. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with your team in establishing and maintaining a comprehensive model governance framework. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for effectively implementing the model governance framework and coordinating awareness sessions for the department. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the BAU tasks of your team which includes pre\u2011implementation validations and continuous monitoring of models in the areas of regulatory compliance, operational &#038; ethical risks, model quality and financial performance. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary liaison between the line of defense modelling teams, senior management and cross\u2011functional stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Translate your team&#8217;s Quarterly Status Reports into a dashboard of actionable insights and present them to senior management. <\/li>\n<li>Stay informed of industry trends &#038; emerging technologies and proactively identify opportunities to refine governance processes &#038; tools. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work together with a wide\u2011array of business SMEs in order to assess their analytical needs, suggest creative solutions and agree on use\u2011cases. <\/li>\n<li>Regularly communicate with business SMEs to ensure internal customer satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Regularly provide project status updates to senior management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technology Evaluation and Innovation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep up with new developments and trends in data science reporting platforms and related fields. <\/li>\n<li>Analyse and suggest new platforms, programs and tools that will improve the bank&#8217;s data analytics and reporting capabilities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor&#8217;s or master&#8217;s degree in STEM or a relevant quantitative field such as economics or finance <\/li>\n<li>Professional Certification in Banking or Project Management is preferred <\/li>\n<li>3 years of experience in applying data science in a banking industry <\/li>\n<li>A track record of developing high\u2011performing and well\u2011documented technical solutions in a demanding work environment and managing employees to accomplish the same <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with database technology and languages such as SQL <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in data preparation, statistics and the scientific method <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Python\/R, SAS or other statistical software <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with data visualization technology such as PowerBI <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with project governance\/management principles and software <\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable about financial products and banking regulations &#038; processes <\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable about Customer Relationship Management platforms <\/li>\n<li>Excellent reasoning, creative and problem\u2011solving skills <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non\u2011technical stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational &#038;
