The role focuses on the assessment, diagnosis and management of urological conditions commonly associated with metabolic health, diabetes and men\u2019s health, including the delivery of low\u2011intensity shockwave therapy (Li\u2011SWT) where clinically appropriate. <\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will collaborate closely with endocrinologists, cardiologists, dietitians and other specialists to deliver holistic integrated patient care. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Clinical Care <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide outpatient urology consultations, assessments and follow\u2011ups. <\/li>\n<li>Diagnose and manage urological conditions including but not limited to: erectile dysfunction, lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), male fertility and hormone\u2011related urological issues. <\/li>\n<li>Perform and supervise low\u2011intensity shockwave therapy (Li\u2011SWT) for erectile dysfunction and other approved indications in line with clinical guidelines and GluCare protocols. <\/li>\n<li>Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patients\u2019 metabolic and overall health profiles. <\/li>\n<li>Prescribe medications and request diagnostic investigations as per DHA scope of practice. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Multidisciplinary Collaboration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with endocrinologists, cardiologists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient\u2011centric care. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to integrated care pathways for patients with diabetes and metabolic syndrome. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Quality Compliance &#038; Documentation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate and timely medical records within GluCares EMR system. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinical governance standards and GluCare policies. <\/li>\n<li>Adhere to infection control, patient safety and ethical practice standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Patient Experience &#038; Education <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver high\u2011quality empathetic patient care with a strong focus on education and shared decision\u2011making. <\/li>\n<li>Educate patients on lifestyle factors, metabolic health and treatment options related to urological conditions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical Degree with specialization in Urology. <\/li>\n<li>Valid DHA Urologist license (Specialist and\/or Consultant). <\/li>\n<li>UAE experience. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in outpatient urology practice. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with shockwave therapy (Li\u2011SWT) is highly preferred;
