This includes Production data (quality &#038; quantity, shortfalls), Planification and Operation steering. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct process simulations and modeling to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-function teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support and guidance to Production and Operation team. <\/li>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and update the Process Improvement toolkit to ensure consistency. <\/li>\n<li>Provide expert services related to optimum and meets operational requirements as company\u2019s technical authority in Process improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Initiate and coordinate or support the standardization of improvement design work, including the specification and philosophies. <\/li>\n<li>Support or conduct the implementation of improvement programs of Production quality &#038; quantity management activities. <\/li>\n<li>Assess the feasibility and economical interest of modification and process improvements at company LNG facilities. <\/li>\n<li>Assess the impact on availability of new feed gas sources on company LNG assets and evaluate impact on products, quality, and facility performance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Performance Monitoring &#038; Reporting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate the effectiveness of the existing Production quality &#038; quantity and Operation steering systems in terms of performance, efficiency and standardization, communicating stakeholders concerns and recommending preventive &#038; corrective actions in relevant areas of production throughout the life cycle of the Asset. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the establishment of a coherent, accurate Production measurement process for production quality &#038; quantity and efficiencies to provide a dependable input to the company reporting system (Energy Conponents), thus supporting management decisions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Community and Networks <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the establishment of effective networks of internal stakeholders (i.e. process owners and subject matter experts) and activate associated governance to maximise the benefit. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the subject matter experts for advice, support and training in relevant areas and act as interface between sites in order to establish and sustain new ways of working. <\/li>\n<li>Support Category Management activities by developing the required Business cases, screening alternatives and refine the selected alternative into an executable work plan. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Supervision <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective functional objectives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge &#038; Skills <\/h3>\n<h3>Minimum Qualification <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Oil &#038; Gas Process Engineering. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Minimum Experience &#038; Knowledge &#038; Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8 years of experience in Process Engineering. <\/li>\n<li>3 years of experience inside an company Site Operations entity. <\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of gas extraction and processing plants operations and production engineering principles. <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience on Process Simulations and other workplace computer applications. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of company Gas Production flow scheme. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Production planning and Operation steering. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge\/practice in Production performance monitoring systems. <\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of Assets management, OPEX and CAPEX management, Oil &#038;
