Leadership <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Define and execute the company\u2019s financial strategy in line with UAE regulations. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across fiat and <em>crypto <\/em> operations. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support strategic decision-making, partnerships, and investor relations. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Build and lead the finance team, establishing a culture of accountability and transparency. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Operations &#038; Reporting <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Build scalable financial infrastructure and processes from the ground up. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Oversee accounting operations across fiat and digital assets. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with IFRS and UAE requirements. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain reconciliation between on-chain and off-chain transactions. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Establish internal controls, reporting standards, and financial governance. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Regulatory &#038; Compliance Oversight <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Act as the main financial point of contact with the SCA and other regulators. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and financial regulations. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support audits, regulatory reviews, and reporting obligations. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work closely with Compliance on AML\/CFT and financial controls. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Risk &#038; Capital Management <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Develop frameworks for capital management, reserves, and financial stability. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor exposure to market, liquidity, and operational risks. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure proper segregation of client and company funds. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Address risks related to <em>crypto <\/em> assets, including volatility and custody. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Are Looking For <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>10+ years of experience in finance (banking, <em>fintech <\/em>, or <em>crypto <\/em>). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>At least 3 years in a regulated financial institution or licensed environment. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and SCA requirements. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Professional certification: <em>CPA <\/em>, <em>ACCA <\/em>, CFA (or equivalent). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deep knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Solid understanding of <em>crypto <\/em> markets, blockchain, and digital asset accounting. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven leadership experience and ability to build teams from scratch. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fluent English (Arabic is a plus). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working directly with SCA. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Background in <em>crypto <\/em> exchanges or digital asset platforms. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with treasury and custody solutions (e.g., Fireblocks, Copper). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Involvement in licensing or regulatory approval processes. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location &#038;
