The Head of Secondary Sales will operate as a business unit leader, responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing team of brokers while driving sustainable revenue growth across the residential resale segment. <\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will take full ownership of team performance, operational structure, culture, and profitability \u2014 establishing a scalable, performance-led division within a competitive Dubai market. <\/p>\n<h3><b>Primary Mandate: Build &#038; Lead the Division <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement the structure of the secondary sales department. <\/li>\n<li>Recruit, onboard, and train brokers aligned with high-performance expectations. <\/li>\n<li>Establish clear KPIs, activity metrics, and revenue benchmarks. <\/li>\n<li>Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and results. <\/li>\n<li>Develop leadership layers and succession planning as the division scales. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Broker Management &#038; Performance Leadership <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead daily and weekly structured sales meetings. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct detailed pipeline and conversion reviews. <\/li>\n<li>Listings secured <\/li>\n<li>Viewings conducted <\/li>\n<li>Implement clear performance management frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Coach underperformers and elevate top producers.  <\/li>\n<li>Enforce accountability and professional standards across the team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Recruitment &#038; Talent Development <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively recruit experienced brokers and emerging talent. <\/li>\n<li>Create and oversee a structured onboarding programme. <\/li>\n<li>Deliver ongoing sales, negotiation, and market training. <\/li>\n<li>Develop senior brokers into future team leaders. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a competitive yet collaborative culture. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Operational Framework &#038; Compliance <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement disciplined CRM usage and reporting standards. <\/li>\n<li>Standardise listing processes and quality control. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee correct execution of Form A, B, and F documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Create SOPs for deal progression from listing to transfer. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with marketing and admin teams to support broker success. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Revenue Accountability &#038; P&#038;L Ownership <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Take full ownership of division revenue performance. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor margins and operational cost efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Improve broker productivity and transaction values. <\/li>\n<li>Drive consistent month-on-month revenue growth. <\/li>\n<li>Report directly to senior leadership on division performance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Required Experience <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of experience in Dubai real estate. <\/li>\n<li>4+ years in a senior leadership role managing brokers within secondary residential sales. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience building or scaling a brokerage team. <\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial and operational management capability. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of leading teams to exceed revenue targets. <\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of Dubai Land Department and RERA frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Valid RERA certification required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Leadership Profile <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong people manager and culture builder. <\/li>\n<li>Commercially strategic and performance-driven. <\/li>\n<li>Structured, organised, and systems-oriented. <\/li>\n<li>High emotional intelligence. <\/li>\n<li>Results-focused and resilient under pressure. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Compensation &#038;
