The role focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, and management of urological conditions commonly associated with metabolic health, diabetes, and men\u2019s health, including the delivery of low\u2011intensity shockwave therapy (Li\u2011SWT) where clinically appropriate. <\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will collaborate closely with endocrinologists, cardiologists, dietitians, and other specialists to deliver holistic, integrated patient care. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Clinical Care <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide outpatient urology consultations, assessments, and follow\u2011ups. <\/li>\n<li>Diagnose and manage urological conditions including, but not limited to: erectile dysfunction; lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS); benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH); male fertility and hormonal\u2011related urological issues. <\/li>\n<li>Perform and supervise low\u2011intensity shockwave therapy (Li\u2011SWT) for erectile dysfunction and other approved indications, in line with clinical guidelines and GluCare protocols. <\/li>\n<li>Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patients\u2019 metabolic and overall health profiles. <\/li>\n<li>Prescribe medications and request diagnostic investigations as per DHA scope of practice. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Multidisciplinary Collaboration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with endocrinologists, cardiologists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, patient\u2011centric care. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to integrated care pathways for patients with diabetes and metabolic syndrome. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Quality, Compliance &#038; Documentation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate and timely medical records within GluCare\u2019s EMR system. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinical governance standards, and GluCare policies. <\/li>\n<li>Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and ethical practice standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Patient Experience &#038;
