GRS covers all miles and all business units in all countries (22 total) where Amazon conducts on\u2011road operations. GRS is structured into a hybrid field and corporate organization with six key pillars: Incident Investigations, Risk Assurance, Standards\/Policies, Tech and Services. GRS is also associated with the Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) horizon vision to be the global benchmark for safety excellence across all industries using the six horizon pillars: Data Intelligence, Safety Design, Ergonomic Improvements, Technology, Risk Reduction, and People &#038; Perception. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Job Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and craft Global Road Safety documents, including but not limited to monthly business reviews at VP level, WBRs and serious incident\/injury report outs. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and understand key GRS safety metrics. <\/li>\n<li>Be the gatekeeper for change\u2011management requests that involve transportation processes. <\/li>\n<li>Present documents and information to director and VP level leaders. <\/li>\n<li>Identify injury\/incident trends and collaborate with team members to create and action high\u2011impact projects based on those identified trends. <\/li>\n<li>Project\u2011manage high\u2011impact projects by working with other GRS pillar team members. <\/li>\n<li>Craft safety awareness products that provide instruction, guidance and clarity to our on\u2011road partner teams. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About the Team <\/h3>\n<p>Global Road Safety leads the world\u2019s safest transportation network protecting the lives of people on the road everywhere. As a responsible global community member we improve global transportation safety culture by influencing internal and external stakeholders to create a safer and more sustainable transportation system. <\/p>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree <\/li>\n<li>Fluent English <\/li>\n<li>4 years experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements <\/li>\n<li>4 years experience owning program strategy end\u2011to\u2011end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership <\/li>\n<li>4 years experience in program or project management <\/li>\n<li>Communication and content creation experience <\/li>\n<li>1 year transportation knowledge and experience <\/li>\n<li>5 years of transportation management experience <\/li>\n<li>2 years of program management experience <\/li>\n<li>Experience leading and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing upward <\/li>\n<li>Previous VP level document writing and support <\/li>\n<li>2 years of communication and content creation experience <\/li>\n<li>Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar accreditation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
