Governance <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Build and lead the compliance function, establishing a strong culture of integrity and accountability. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop and implement the compliance framework in line with CMA regulations and UAE laws. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide independent oversight of business activities to ensure regulatory and ethical standards. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Report regularly to senior management and the Board on compliance risks and developments. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Regulatory Compliance &#038; Licensing <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure ongoing compliance with CMA licensing requirements, rulebooks, and guidance. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Act as the primary point of contact with the regulator and relevant authorities. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support licensing processes, regulatory submissions, inspections, and audits. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>AML \/ CFT Oversight <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Oversee implementation of AML\/CFT frameworks in line with UAE regulations. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure effective onboarding, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and reporting. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate financial crime risks. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Policies, Monitoring &#038; Controls <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Establish and execute a compliance monitoring plan. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Investigate incidents and ensure proper remediation. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory records. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Training &#038; Culture <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Design and deliver compliance training across the organisation. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Promote awareness of regulatory obligations and ethical standards. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Advise on compliance risks related to new products and initiatives. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Are Looking For <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>10+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>At least 3 years in a regulated financial institution, <em>fintech <\/em>, or <em>crypto <\/em> exchange. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong understanding of CMA regulations and UAE AML\/CFT frameworks. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience building and managing compliance programmes. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven track record of working with regulators. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong analytical thinking and communication skills. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fluent English (Arabic is a plus). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working directly with CMA. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Involvement in licensing or regulatory approval processes. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Background in <em>crypto <\/em> exchanges or digital asset platforms. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience building compliance functions in early-stage companies. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location &#038;
