The platform serves millions of users worldwide and is expanding its Web3 product ecosystem encompassing wallet, DEX, and perpetual trading products. <\/p>\n<h3>About the Role <\/h3>\n<p>We are looking for a hands\u2011on, execution\u2011driven Director of Operations to lead and grow our Web3 product lines \u2014 specifically our Wallet, DEX, and Perpetual (Perp) products. This is not a strategic\u2011planning\u2011only role; we need someone who has been in the trenches of exchange operations, understands how crypto growth actually works, and can move fast when the market moves. <\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate comes from a small\u2011to\u2011mid\u2011size exchange where they personally drove operational results without relying on the platform&#8217;s brand or organic traffic. You know how affiliate programs, BD partnerships, and campaign execution work \u2014 not in theory, but because you&#8217;ve built and run them yourself. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own end\u2011to\u2011end operations for the Web3 product suite (Wallet, DEX, Perp), including user acquisition, engagement, and retention. <\/li>\n<li>Design and execute go\u2011to\u2011market campaigns that respond to real\u2011time market conditions with speed and precision. <\/li>\n<li>Build and manage affiliate\/referral programs, BD partnerships, and KOL collaborations to drive product adoption. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and capitalize on trending narratives (e.g., new chains, token launches, airdrop seasons) to generate traffic and engagement. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and optimize operational playbooks for growth in a low\u2011organic\u2011traffic environment \u2014 resourcefulness over resources. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate user and market feedback into product improvements. <\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and scale a lean operations team with a bias toward action and accountability. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitive landscape across wallets, DEX aggregators, and perp platforms to identify opportunities and threats. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of operations experience in the cryptocurrency\/exchange industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record at a small\u2011to\u2011mid\u2011size exchange where personal initiative \u2014 not platform traffic \u2014 drove results. <\/li>\n<li>Strong command of exchange growth levers: affiliate\/rebate programs, BD pipelines, event\u2011driven campaigns, and community operations. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate at a fast tempo \u2014 comfortable launching campaigns in hours, not weeks, when the market demands it. <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken);
