This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical and\/or electrical engineering systems, strong design leadership, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high\u2011performance, resilient, and efficient data centre solutions. <\/p>\n<p>You will act as the technical authority across multiple projects, ensuring excellence in engineering, coordination, stakeholder management, and innovation. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and oversee the full technical design process for Enterprise, Colocation, and Hyperscale data centres. <\/li>\n<li>Define and validate engineering strategies for power, cooling, redundancy, resilience, and system integration. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all designs adhere to Tier III\/IV or equivalent classification requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical reviews, sign\u2011off engineering deliverables, and guide the development of specifications, calculations, and detailed design packages. <\/li>\n<li>Manage multidisciplinary teams through concept, preliminary, and detailed design stages. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee tender documentation, contractor design reviews, and technical compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Support commissioning, FAT\/SAT activities, and integrated systems testing to ensure performance and reliability. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure design standards are met across safety, risk mitigation, efficiency, and sustainability. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout all project phases. <\/li>\n<li>Translate client requirements into clear engineering strategies and technical solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present reports, technical notes, assessments, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Promote best practice in sustainable, low\u2011carbon, and high\u2011efficiency data centre design. <\/li>\n<li>Drive innovation in cooling technologies, digital design workflows, and modular engineering approaches. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent engineering quality across deliverables and support internal standards development. <\/li>\n<li>Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior and intermediate engineers. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to knowledge sharing, staff development, and internal technical excellence initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Support business development through technical input into bids, proposals, and strategic pursuits. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills &#038;
