Curriculum <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver high-quality Arabic lessons in line with MOE and ADEK curriculum standards. <\/li>\n<li>Plan and prepare engaging lessons that cater to diverse student needs and abilities. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor student progress and use assessment data to inform teaching and improve outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Implement school policies and line manager instructions effectively in teaching, learning, and student behaviour. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in and support competitions, projects, and enrichment activities to enhance student engagement and achievement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Compliance &#038; Quality Assurance <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Education and ADEK policies in classroom practice. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the department\u2019s preparation for external inspections and internal reviews. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and reporting in line with school requirements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>National Identity &#038; Cultural Engagement <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote and integrate UAE national identity, values, and heritage into Arabic lessons. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in national celebrations and events (e.g., UAE National Day, Flag Day, Commemoration Day). <\/li>\n<li>Encourage cultural awareness and appreciation among students and parents. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Collaboration &#038; Professional Development <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Arabic Department to share best practices and resources. <\/li>\n<li>Engage in professional development opportunities and contribute to department meetings and training sessions. <\/li>\n<li>Support new or developing teachers through mentoring and collaboration as needed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Parent &#038; Student Engagement <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish effective communication with parents to keep them informed of student progress. <\/li>\n<li>Address parent and student queries promptly and professionally. <\/li>\n<li>Build positive home-school partnerships to support student progress and wellbeing. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Departmental Contribution <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to department meetings and initiatives aligned with whole-school goals. <\/li>\n<li>Support departmental data collection, assessment records, and reporting systems as required. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in school-wide initiatives (e.g., competitions, clubs, community projects). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills <\/h3>\n<p><b>Qualifications &#038;
