This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your legal career within an innovative, fast\u2011paced international environment focused on digital transformation. <\/p>\n<p>As part of the EMEA Legal team, you will support BMC\u2019s sales organisation across the Middle East and additional regions as needed. You\u2019ll collaborate daily with colleagues across EMEA and the US, gaining exposure to cutting\u2011edge technology, international contracting, and diverse commercial matters. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Do <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiate and manage a variety of technology contracts (SaaS, software licensing, support, consulting services). <\/li>\n<li>Ensure contracts comply with local law, EU regulations and internal policies. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor new and upcoming regulatory developments relevant to technology and data. <\/li>\n<li>Provide practical legal advice on regional and country\u2011specific matters. <\/li>\n<li>Support corporate compliance initiatives and provide employee training. <\/li>\n<li>Work with external counsel on region\u2011specific engagements and assist on litigation as required. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with sales, finance, compliance, and global legal teams to drive best practices and manage risk. <\/li>\n<li>Support ad\u2011hoc legal projects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Desired Skills &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>European\u2011qualified lawyer <\/li>\n<li>1-3 years\u2019 post\u2011qualification experience, ideally in\u2011house or from a law firm <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English (French and\/or Arabic language skills will be positively valued) <\/li>\n<li>A collaborative mindset and desire to work in a global, fast\u2011moving environment <\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel occasionally <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Our Commitment to You! <\/h3>\n<p>BMC\u2019s culture is built around its people.
