This role acts as a trusted partner to the CFO and Executive Committee, driving financial excellence across all regions, enabling commercial decision-making, and ensuring robust financial controls as the business scales. Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the Group Head of Finance, andExCom to define and execute CARMA\u2019s global financial strategy <\/li>\n<li>Translate business strategy into financial plans, forecasts, and performance frameworks <\/li>\n<li>Act as a key advisor on commercial decisions, investments, and growth opportunities <\/li>\n<li>Drive a culture of financial accountability and performance across all regions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Global Financial Planning &#038; Performance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and long\u2011range financial planning processes <\/li>\n<li>Own consolidated financial reporting across all markets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness <\/li>\n<li>Deliver clear insights on revenue, profitability, margins, and cost\u2011optimisation opportunities <\/li>\n<li>Establish and track key financial KPIs to drive business performance <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Commercial Finance &#038; Business Partnering <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with regional MDs and commercial leaders to improve profitability by client, product, and market <\/li>\n<li>Support pricing strategies, contract structuring, and commercial negotiations <\/li>\n<li>Provide visibility on client profitability and resource allocation to maximise returns <\/li>\n<li>Enable data\u2011driven decision\u2011making across Sales, Client Services, and Operations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Governance, Risk &#038; Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and maintain robust global financial controls, policies, and procedures <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with local and international financial, legal, and tax requirements <\/li>\n<li>Oversee statutory reporting and audits across multiple jurisdictions <\/li>\n<li>Strengthen financial governance as the business scales globally <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cash Flow, Treasury &#038; Funding <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee global cash flow management and working capital optimisation <\/li>\n<li>Partner with Group Treasury on banking relationships, financing, and liquidity planning <\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective receivables management and strong cash collection practices <\/li>\n<li>Support funding strategies aligned to business growth <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Global Finance Operations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee core finance functions including AP, AR, payroll, and financial operations across regions <\/li>\n<li>Drive process improvement, automation, and scalability of finance systems <\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency and standardisation across global finance practices <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Team Leadership &#038; Capability Building <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and develop a high\u2011performing global finance team (direct and matrix) <\/li>\n<li>Build capability across regions, ensuring strong financial acumen at leadership levels <\/li>\n<li>Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>M&#038;A, Integration &#038; Transformation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support financial due diligence, valuation, and execution of acquisitions <\/li>\n<li>Lead financial integration of new entities into CARMA\u2019s operating model <\/li>\n<li>Drive post\u2011acquisition governance, reporting, and performance alignment <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to broader transformation initiatives across finance and the business <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior finance leader with global\/multi\u2011entity experience <\/li>\n<li>UAE &#038;
