Execution <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquired hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage <b>100-day integration plans <\/b>, synergy models, and integration roadmaps. <\/li>\n<li>Align integration initiatives with deal thesis and investment expectations. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth business continuity during integration phases. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cross-Functional Coordination <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive integration across key functions including <b>Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the central liaison between Corporate HQ and local asset leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of integration milestones. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Synergy &#038; Performance Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and deliver <b>cost and operational synergies <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Support revenue enhancement initiatives and performance improvement programs. <\/li>\n<li>Standardize procurement, vendor management, and shared services across entities. <\/li>\n<li>Track integration KPIs and monitor value realization. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Governance &#038; Reporting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare executive-level reports and integration updates for leadership, investors, and the Board. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain structured tracking of progress, risks, and action plans. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Change Management &#038; Culture Integration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Address cultural and operational gaps between acquired entities and corporate frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth cultural integration. <\/li>\n<li>Foster alignment across diverse teams and geographies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Regulatory &#038; Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure integration activities comply with healthcare regulations in UAE and KSA. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor licensing transitions, regulatory approvals, and payer alignment requirements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in <b>Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or related field <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Mandarin speaker preferred <\/li>\n<li>Minimum <b>10+ years of experience <\/b> in: <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategy consulting <\/li>\n<li>Corporate M&#038;A \/ Transaction Advisory <\/li>\n<li>Private Equity portfolio operations <\/li>\n<li>Healthcare platforms <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Proven experience in <b>post-merger integration or large-scale transformation programs <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to <b>multi-country operations <\/b> (Middle East experience preferred). <\/li>\n<li>Strong financial modeling, operational analysis, and synergy tracking experience. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills &#038;
