This role will focus on architecting scalable AI solutions for cloud\u2011based and hybrid environments, defining AI adoption strategies and best practices, and collaborating with cross\u2011functional teams to drive AI\u2011driven digital transformation. You will play a pivotal role in integrating cutting\u2011edge AI models into enterprise and government systems, ensuring seamless integration into enterprise systems. This role requires expertise in AI architecture, model hosting, MLOps, and full\u2011stack AI application development, with a focus on security, scalability, and performance. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect and implement Generative AI (GenAI) applications cross\u2011functionally and across industries such as government, banking, real estate, and telecommunications. <\/li>\n<li>Define AI adoption strategies and design scalable AI architectures for both cloud\u2011based and hybrid environments. <\/li>\n<li>Develop AI\u2011driven automation solutions leveraging CoPilot Studio, Power Automate, and other orchestration tools. <\/li>\n<li>Build and optimize GenAI frameworks using Retrieval\u2011Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and LLM integration. <\/li>\n<li>Deploy offline and cloud\u2011based LLMs using Nvidia Triton, HuggingFace TGI, vLLM, LiteLLM, and other inference layers. <\/li>\n<li>Lead full\u2011stack AI application development, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI\u2011enabled solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Implement MLOps best practices, ensuring efficient model training, deployment, and monitoring. <\/li>\n<li>Manage CI\/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and DevOps for AI applications. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with AI governance, privacy, and security standards in AI implementations. <\/li>\n<li>Provide mentorship and technical leadership to AI engineering teams. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Bring <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of experience in solution architecture. At least 3+ years in Generative AI development. <\/li>\n<li>Education: Bachelor\u2019s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Designations &#038; Certifications. <\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is a plus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>AI expertise: Building RAG models, OpenAI agents, Prompt Engineering, Copilot Studio, Python FastAPI Apps, LangChain, CrewAI. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of deploying AI solutions at an enterprise level. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to build applications and expertise in different technology stacks. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in Python, FastAPI, Langchain, Langfuse, LlamaIndex. <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with AI model hosting, fine\u2011tuning, and API integration. <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI\/ML workloads. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MLOps, AI Infrastructure Engineering, and Data Engineering. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in containerization, CI\/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. <\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge in LLM architecture, RAG, and inference optimization. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of data privacy, security and ethical AI governance frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of AI governance frameworks and best practices for ethical AI. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with full\u2011stack development for AI applications if preferable. <\/li>\n<li>Strong problem\u2011solving skills and ability to work in a fast\u2011paced environment. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with government entities and large enterprises is a plus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Soft Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lead cross\u2011country\/regional engineering teams. <\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable and cost\u2011effective AI\u2011enabled solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in AI solution lifecycle management from ideation assessment to production deployment. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in mitigating AI risks following AI governance, ethics, security and compliance standards. <\/li>\n<li>Strong problem\u2011solving skills and ability to work in a fast\u2011paced environment. <\/li>\n<li>Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is a Must. <\/li>\n<li>Travel requirements: Your flexibility to travel 10% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
