In this high\u2011profile leadership role, you will shape the regional vision for Mission Critical, develop sub\u2011sector strategies, and expand Gleeds\u2019 footprint across the rapidly evolving mission\u2011critical infrastructure landscape. <\/p>\n<p>You will play a pivotal role in accelerating sector growth, strengthening strategic client relationships, and enhancing Gleeds\u2019 Mission Critical portfolio. Your leadership will help deliver scalable, high\u2011performance solutions across data centres and related mission\u2011critical environments where uptime, resilience, speed to commissioning, and operational continuity are essential. <\/p>\n<p>The role also involves overseeing the delivery of high\u2011quality project management and cost management services, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction, and delivering against Profit &#038; Loss (P&#038;L) performance targets. <\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities include but are not limited to: <\/h3>\n<h3>Vision &#038; Strategy <\/h3>\n<p>Define and execute the regional Mission Critical strategy, with a primary focus on data centres, aligning with Gleeds\u2019 global vision and Middle East priorities. Shape sector architecture, develop sub\u2011sector strategies, and implement a repeatable go\u2011to\u2011market model supported by clear performance metrics across pipeline, conversion, delivery, and profitability. <\/p>\n<h3>Market Leadership &#038; Growth <\/h3>\n<p>Position Gleeds as the partner of choice for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre clients. Drive market expansion, secure strategic opportunities, and build partnerships that strengthen Gleeds\u2019 presence across the Middle East mission\u2011critical ecosystem. <\/p>\n<h3>Client Engagement <\/h3>\n<p>Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long\u2011term strategic partnerships. <\/p>\n<h3>Integrated Delivery <\/h3>\n<p>Champion collaboration across project &#038; programme and cost management teams to deliver integrated, high\u2011performance solutions that meet the demanding standards of mission\u2011critical infrastructure. <\/p>\n<h3>Operational &#038; Financial Performance <\/h3>\n<p>Oversee the delivery of high\u2011quality project &#038; programme and cost management services while driving strong financial performance, ensuring projects meet resilience, efficiency, and sustainability requirements while achieving P&#038;L targets. <\/p>\n<h3>Leadership &#038; Innovation <\/h3>\n<p>Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence. Drive innovation through emerging technologies, digital solutions, and sustainable practices to deliver future\u2011ready mission\u2011critical infrastructure. <\/p>\n<h3>Quality, Safety &#038; Standards <\/h3>\n<p>Promote Gleeds\u2019 commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence, ensuring industry\u2011leading standards across all mission\u2011critical projects. <\/p>\n<h3>Who we\u2019re looking for: <\/h3>\n<h3>Experience, Knowledge And Key Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>15+ years cost management experience post qualification <\/li>\n<li>Strong technical understanding of data centre design, construction, and operations. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working within Middle East regulatory environments (UAE and\/or KSA preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience working and leading project management and cost consultancy <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and P&#038;L responsibility <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including MEP\/HVAC systems, electrical redundancy and Tier standards, Uptime Institute frameworks, cooling and energy optimisation, commissioning, and operational readiness <\/li>\n<li>Ability to motivate others (including providing support and encouragement) <\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience of timely interfacing with clients and key stakeholders at the highest level <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>FRICS or MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), or equivalent <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, ICT\/Telecoms, Fire &#038; Life Safety or similar) <\/li>\n<li>Fluent English language, written and oral <\/li>\n<li>Arabic language desirable <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0645\u0639\u0644\u0648\u0645\u0627\u062a \u0639\u0646\u0627 <\/h3>\n<p>A world of opportunity Gleeds is a place to be part of something bigger.
