Group Projects Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3426661<\/p>\n<p><p>Our client is a leading diversified energy group, operating across the entire energy value chain to responsibly meet global energy demand. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Project Services Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the Group&#8217;s overall Project Services program and track alignment with strategic targets. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and approve Project Services standards, procedures, systems, and reporting frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Build and enhance capability across estimating, planning, cost control, and related project services disciplines. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct and oversee assurance reviews (CESAR, IPRs, PIRs) and recommend improvements to maximize value. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Project Controls <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Project Managers with schedule, cost, risk, and performance management using Group methodologies. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor progress, highlight deviations, and ensure timely mitigation actions. <\/li>\n<li>Lead risk management, oversee change management (MoC), and deliver periodic reports and dashboards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Investment &#038; Valuation Support <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support financial evaluations, including cash flow analysis, IRR\/NPV assessments, and scenario modelling. <\/li>\n<li>Assess investment risks and advise on assumptions, discount rates, and value impacts on the portfolio. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operational Planning &#038; Performance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop long- and short-term operational plans and ensure they align with functional objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to KPIs, performance monitoring, and promotion of a performance-driven culture. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>People, Organization &#038; Capability Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead competency development, career planning, succession planning, and Emiratization initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Recommend and optimize organizational structure and ensure capability readiness. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Governance, Compliance &#038; Continuous Improvement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement policies, systems, and internal controls. <\/li>\n<li>Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to corporate ethics, risk management frameworks, and HSE requirements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Budgeting &#038; Reporting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the Division&#8217;s budget and ensure cost control and variance monitoring. <\/li>\n<li>Produce accurate MIS and management reports to support informed decision-making. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Engineering;
