We need a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager who can own hiring end-to-end across two worlds: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Commercial \/ trading roles that drive revenue <\/li>\n<li>Tech &#038; data roles that drive capability (Data, BI, AI) <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>What you\u2019ll own <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-cycle hiring: intake \u2192 sourcing \u2192 shortlist \u2192 interviews \u2192 offer \u2192 close <\/li>\n<li>Hiring manager partnership: clear role briefs, realistic timelines, fast decisions <\/li>\n<li>Direct sourcing: LinkedIn, Boolean, market mapping, referrals (delivery-first) <\/li>\n<li>Quality control: structured screening, interview discipline, candidate experience <\/li>\n<li>Weekly reporting: pipeline visibility, time-to-fill, source performance, offer acceptance <\/li>\n<li>Agency management (when needed): performance, speed, cost, quality <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Typical roles you\u2019ll hire <\/p>\n<p>Commercial \/ Trading <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales, Key Accounts, Business Development <\/li>\n<li>Category \/ Product (commercial) <\/li>\n<li>Trade Marketing <\/li>\n<li>Procurement \/ Buying <\/li>\n<li>Supply Chain \/ Planning \/ Logistics <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tech \/ Digital <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data Analysts, BI (Power BI), Data Engineers <\/li>\n<li>Data Science \/ Machine Learning \/ Applied AI <\/li>\n<li>Digital Product \/ Business Analysts <\/li>\n<li>QA \/ Software \/ DevOps (as required) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Important: Data\/AI salary band <\/p>\n<p>You should be comfortable hiring and closing Data\/AI talent in the AED 20,000\u201330,000\/month range (depending on level and stack). <\/p>\n<p>What we\u2019re looking for <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven TA leadership in the UAE (in-house preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Track record hiring across BOTH commercial and technical roles <\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management (you can push back, and you can close) <\/li>\n<li>Hands-on sourcing capability (not a \u201cvendor manager\u201d TA profile) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fast, organised, metrics-aware, and obsessed with quality <\/p>\n<p><b>Skills <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-cycle recruitment (intake to offer\/close), high-volume and specialist hiring <\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder management with senior leaders (challenging briefs, driving decisions, pushing back when needed) <\/li>\n<li>Commercial hiring expertise (sales, key accounts, BD, category, procurement, supply chain\/logistics) <\/li>\n<li>Tech hiring capability (data\/BI\/data engineering, ML\/AI, product\/BA;
