This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving commercial strategy, unlocking new revenue streams, and maximizing the value of a diverse asset portfolio across the UAE. <\/p>\n<p>This position goes beyond traditional business development \u2014 it requires a commercially astute leader who can identify market opportunities, structure complex deals, and build strategic partnerships that deliver sustainable, long-term growth. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the development and execution of a forward-thinking commercial and business development strategy aligned with overall organizational objectives <\/li>\n<li>Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities, including acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and innovative revenue models <\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance asset performance <\/li>\n<li>Develop robust feasibility studies and business cases, ensuring all opportunities meet financial and strategic return thresholds <\/li>\n<li>Drive revenue optimization initiatives, including tenant mix strategy, leasing enhancements, and new monetization channels across assets <\/li>\n<li>Play a key role in investor engagement, delivering clear performance updates and building confidence in the portfolio\u2019s growth trajectory <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with internal leadership teams to ensure alignment across commercial, financial, and operational priorities <\/li>\n<li>Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and key stakeholder meetings, strengthening market presence and partnerships <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills, Experience &#038; Competencies <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>7\u201310+ years of experience in business development, investments, or commercial real estate, with a strong track record in deal origination and execution <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in leading complex negotiations and closing high-value transactions <\/li>\n<li>Strong expertise in real estate markets, investment analysis, and financial modelling  <\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate market intelligence into strategic growth initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Highly developed stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging investors, developers, and government entities <\/li>\n<li>A strategic mindset combined with a hands\u2011on, execution-focused approach <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing capabilities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Availability <\/h3>\n<p>Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer. <\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
