You will play a key leadership role in shaping financial strategy, building scalable processes, and ensuring financial excellence across our fast-paced, multi-brand organisation. <\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially driven finance professional who thrives in a start-up environment and is excited to be part of Sumwon\u2019s growth journey. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategic Leadership <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and management of the company across all brands and markets. <\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with the CEO\/ COO and senior leadership to shape and execute the company\u2019s growth and expansion strategy. <\/li>\n<li>Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support key business decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Develop scalable financial systems and structures that support rapid growth and multi-market operations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Planning &#038; Analysis (FP&#038;A) <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. <\/li>\n<li>Deliver accurate and timely management reports and financial analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Track and report on key financial and performance metrics across brands, channels, and regions. <\/li>\n<li>Provide scenario modelling and financial insights to guide commercial and investment decisions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accounting &#038; Compliance <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities in the UAE and UK. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all statutory filings, audits, and tax obligations are completed accurately and on time. <\/li>\n<li>Implement robust internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes. <\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cashflow &#038; Treasury Management <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and optimise cash flow across all operating entities. <\/li>\n<li>Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and funding arrangements. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient capital allocation to drive sustainable growth. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Commercial Finance <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with e-commerce, retail, and operations teams to optimise profitability and cost efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate commercial performance across product categories, markets, and sales channels. <\/li>\n<li>Support pricing, sourcing, and inventory decisions with financial analysis and modelling. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and lead a high-performing finance team across UAE and UK operations. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Provide mentorship and professional development for finance team members. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll bring <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 years\u2019 experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce, ideally within a start-up or high-growth environment. <\/li>\n<li>Strong technical knowledge of accounting, financial planning, and reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency operations. <\/li>\n<li>Commercially astute with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving organisation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we&#8217;ll bring <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 days of annual leave, increasing to 30 after your first year <\/li>\n<li>30% employee discount across all SUMWON STUDIOS brands <\/li>\n<li>Ongoing learning and development opportunities <\/li>\n<li>Company social events <\/li>\n<li>The coolest colleagues you can find <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us? <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>SUMWON STUDIOS <\/strong> is redefining fast fashion with a forward-thinking approach.
